FIRST AMENDMENT TO ASSOCIATION BYLAWS

Premier Place owners recently passed the first amendment to the Association Bylaws when they voted to increase the terms of our Board of Directors to 2 years. According to Manager Steve Nicolas, "this means a rotation will occur, so we don't have any year that all members would be coming up for a vote at the same time." A vote of 51% of all owners was required to pass the amendment. Enough ballots were turned in by Tuesday, October 28, so the election was called at that time. Current board members are: Terri Kenney, Dan Carter, LuAnn Heinert, Steve Nicolas, and David Fauman,

Spooky Decorations haunt the Clubhouse

Thanks to Janet Ramoie and her crew the Clubhouse is decorated for Halloween. Two witches stand guard over cobwebs and spiders...everywhere! Eveyone has liked the decorations so far, except Charlie, who barks at the witches when he stops by with Fred for his daily treat. Mia is too much of a lady to bark inside, right, Gretchen? Sammy knows where I keep the treats in my bottom desk drawer when he comes with Linda to check in after work. Premier Place has such nice residents; two- and four-legged ones.
